- Flowers should not be placed near radiators or television tops, direct drafts from ceiling fans, sunshine, or HVAC vents.
- As soon as the cake arrives, place it in the refrigerator.
- Until it’s ready to cut and serve, keep it chilled.
- Eat the cake within 24 hours after putting it back in the refrigerator.
