Colocasia esculenta ‘Mojito‘ is a cultivar of Colocasia esculenta, commonly known as Elephant Ear or Taro. Here are some features of Colocasia ‘Mojito’:

1. Leaf appearance: Colocasia ‘Mojito’ has large, heart-shaped leaves that are primarily green with striking variegation. The variegation consists of light green to creamy white speckles, spots, or marbling patterns that cover the leaves. The variegation adds a unique and eye-catching aspect to the foliage.

2. Growth habit: Colocasia ‘Mojito’ is a herbaceous perennial plant that can reach a height of 3 to 6 feet (0.9 to 1.8 meters). It forms a clump of upright stems with leaves emerging directly from the base. The leaves are typically large and can grow up to 2 feet (60 centimeters) in length.
