- Lime – Aurantifolia is a spiny small tree that bears round juicy fruits with green pulp. Also known as Key lime plants, these are shrubby by nature, with its native origin to Tropical Asia. Selective pruning could be adopted during early spring or late winter season. The fruit that it bears are initially green and glossy, then once it ripe they turn to pale-yellow. They also got a distinctive aroma too. Their leaves are also some sort of aromatic, and appear as green elliptic shapes. And these Lime – Aurantifolia also bear fragrant flowers which appear with 5 long white petals, and light purple tinge at its margins, adorned with yellow anthers.
