• Summer Cypress (also known as Bassia Scoparia) is an annual plant that grows about 1.5m tall and has a much-branched, erect and leafy look. These upright, bushy shrubs are cultivated in a dense appearance with fine green leaves arranged alternately on their stems, and turn red during fall. Summer Cypress also blooms with the clusters of around 2 -6 yellow flowers emerging out of the axils of their leaves, especially during spring to winter season. Each flower is of divided style, and contains 5 stamens, 5 green-coloured sepals, no petals and a large yellow colour anther. These plants are grown as annuals and are easy to care.
